Strongly disagree, especially in One Piece.It's not a huge deal for me since this is a rewatch, but many shows include things that haven't happened yet in the openings. For instance, the opening in episode 116 shows Robin as a crew member. That was the episode where Mr 2 Bon Kurei* and Sanji fight. Robin helps Crocodile a bit after that and doesn't join the crew until episode 130.

*I know the dub and several subs call him Bon Clay, that doesn't change that they're wrong. All of the Baroque Works pairs are Ms/Mrs holiday (ie: Miss Doublefinger for New Year's Day - 1/1 or Miss Father's Day) and Mr number, but since Bon Kurei is an Okama, he has both the male and female roles in his "pair." His name is a reference to both the Bon festival and the Kure festivity.
